LAWYERS AND ASSISTANTS

Our firm has developed a practice of Business Law. As such, we are always searching professionals either graduated or taking their course the best law schools of the country, with a sound academic education, fluent in English language as a second language, and who are willing to pursue a career plan and professional growth with our firm.

In line with the above, we expect from our professionals with the following:

High level of responsibility and commitment to work and participate on projects, regardless of its specific area of practice, seeking efficiency and results for MHM and our clients;

Complete understanding of the client´s business, its demands and expectations;

Creative practice of legal knowledge to a real case, and ability to anticipate practical results of the proposed project/procedures;

Knowledge of other areas which are critical for a sound practice of business law such as accounting, finance, economics and negotiation;

Dynamic and interactive work with other MHM professionals and the ability to understand the objectives of the group and create an environment of cooperation;

Interest in acquiring knowledge and/or review concepts formerly adopted;

Adoption of work methodology developed by MHM ;

Verbal and written communication in an objective and clear form.
